The 10-Minute Tactical Tidy
When your space is squared away, your mind follows.
Set a 10-minute timer
Pick one zone: a drawer, desktop, or the laundry monster
Reset it. No perfection. Just control.
Quick wins stack up. Start small, lead big.
The Fuel Station
Gut Check Smoothie (5 Ingredients, No Junk)
Ingredients:
1 scoop of plain protein (whey or plant-based)
1 banana
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup spinach
1 cup almond milk or water
Blend. Go. Reset your system. Pro Tip: add cinnamon + ice for gut support and flavor.

10-Min AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)
