The 10-Minute Tactical Tidy

When your space is squared away, your mind follows.

  • Set a 10-minute timer

  • Pick one zone: a drawer, desktop, or the laundry monster

  • Reset it. No perfection. Just control.

Quick wins stack up. Start small, lead big.

The Fuel Station

Gut Check Smoothie (5 Ingredients, No Junk)

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of plain protein (whey or plant-based)

  • 1 banana

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1 cup almond milk or water

Blend. Go. Reset your system. Pro Tip: add cinnamon + ice for gut support and flavor.

W.O.W. (Workout of the Week)

The 10/10/10 Protocol

10-Min AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)

  • 10 Jump Squats

  • 10 Sit-Ups

  • 10 Push-Ups

Max effort. Zero excuses. Track your rounds.

Let’s start a leaderboard. Bragging rights start now. Post your number of rounds in the comments or reply.

Too much? Scale to 5 reps. Too easy? Add a ruck or vest.

I finally got my chance today to do a bit of reportage at London Fashion Week, where I witnessed a peaceful protest against London Fashion week, highlighting the cruel use of real fur in some of their clothes. This is a side of fashion no one talks about so it was good to be on the scene and be part of history.
