No-Cook Snack Stack
Need fuel on the run? Stack this in your go-bag:
1 hard-boiled egg
1 beef or salmon jerky stick
1 small apple
Handful of almonds or walnuts
Optional: packet of nut butter or a greens powder
Pro Tip: Salt your food. Most folks under fuel their sodium. Hydrate + electrolytes = real recovery.
