Start your day with a single physical action before phone, email, or distractions.

  • 15 push-ups

  • A 30-second cold shower

  • 1-minute deep squat hold

Why? Wins early = mindset momentum all day.

The Fuel Station

No-Cook Snack Stack

Need fuel on the run? Stack this in your go-bag:

  • 1 hard-boiled egg

  • 1 beef or salmon jerky stick

  • 1 small apple

  • Handful of almonds or walnuts

  • Optional: packet of nut butter or a greens powder

Pro Tip: Salt your food. Most folks under fuel their sodium. Hydrate + electrolytes = real recovery.
